Class

60 minutes
On a forest bathing walk we slow down and, through an evolving series of sensory-focused invitations, mindfully interact with the world around us.

Participants should have access to nature in some form. This could be at a local park, in your backyard, looking out a window, or sitting with a houseplant. Also, we end with a tea ceremony, so please be prepared with a beverage of your choice.

Instructor

I'm Michael Stein-Ross, the founder of Cascadia Forest Therapy, and have been guiding folks in forest bathing sessions for over three years. I am certified as a nature and forest therapy guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Ever since I was a kid, the forests of the Pacific Northwest wonderland have been my home. I'm honored to experience them with you.

Cascadia Forest Therapy helps people find the medicine of being in the forest. We offer a public and private guided forest bathing sessions, as well as certain contracted services. We're committed to providing a space for all people to remember, rediscover, and re-story their relationships to all the beings they might encounter.
