Join Cait Briant Fitness for a 45-minute Total Body Bodyweight Burn sweatfest. No equipment required - just a mat if you have one, a water bottle, and a sweat towel! Warm-up and cool down will be included. We'll sweat together through an all-level class designed to get your heart rate up, energize, and leave you feeling accomplished! Plenty of options and modifications will be offered - Cait's goal is to make this an accessible and challenging workout for all.

Instructor
Cait Briant is an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is also a certified Barre Eclipse and Extreme HIIT Chaos instructor. Her fitness philosophy is holistic, with a focus on both the physical and mental benefits of exercise. She specializes in engaging beginners on their fitness journey, but offers classes that are challenging for all levels of fitness. Come sweat!
