In this class Wendy will walk through the steps needed to measure, cut, and assemble cedar boards in order to build a cedar planter box that fits virtually any decor. The planter box is small enough for apartment balconies, but can be enlarged for bigger spaces.

• 2 x 2 - 6’ Cedar (2)
• 1 ½” Exterior Wood Screws (1 box)
• 2 ½” Exterior Wood Screws (8)

• Clamps
• 1” Drill Bit
• 1/8 ” Drill Bit
• Driver Bit for Screws
• Handsaw, Jigsaw, or Circular Saw
Tools You Probably Have at Home
• Power Drill
• Tape Measure
• Speed Square
• Pencil
• Sanding Block
• Stain or Paint (optional)
• Window Screen Mesh (optional)
• Stapler (if using mesh)
